The story behind this campaign

Hi everyone, Guille here,

So, I’ve been deep into Warhammer 40.000 for a good three years, and I can’t get enough of it, loving to play both narrative games and teeth grinding competitive matches. Halas, my gaming group has run into a problem over and over: balancing competitive play on our narrative tables set up with homemade terrain is quiiiite challenging.

It hit us especially hard when we started hitting up tournaments. The standard terrain out there – you know, the foam stuff, laser-cut boards, and plain old cardboard – just didn’t have that magic we got from our own chunky, themed setups we are used to in our beer and pretzel games at home.

This drove me to take matters into my own hands, aming to bring to life a terrain set that not only looks good on the table, but also ensures a balanced and engaging competitive play experience.
